Civil Legal Assistance is available to existing clientele ofN.E. F.I.R.E. who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and dating violence. If you can show yourself to be a lot more of a creditor than the lawyer for the other side, most of the time, the judge will tend to sway the proceedings in your favor. The lawyer starts with $120,000 in federal educational debt at composite interest price of 7.65% (half Stafford and half GRAD plus), beginning salary of $40,000, with annual increases at 4%.
